Welcome to Collective’s Shipping and Delivery Information page. Below you will find all relevant information about fulfillment, shipping, delivery options, tracking and delivery issues.
1. Shipping Policy
At Collective, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled within 1–5 business days after the order has been placed.
Fulfillment means that your order is being prepared, packed and made ready for shipment. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Some products are fulfilled through our production and fulfillment partner. If an item is temporarily unavailable at their warehouse, fulfillment may take slightly longer.
Shipping
After fulfillment, shipping usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on the delivery destination, carrier and available delivery option.
We ship orders with DPD or bpost. All shipments are traceable.
From order date to arrival
From the moment you place your order until the package arrives at your doorstep, the total delivery time is usually 2–8 business days.

2. Delivery Options
We currently offer tracked delivery.
For most orders, this means home delivery to the shipping address entered at checkout.
For some items pick-up point delivery may also be available.
Available delivery options depend on the products in your order, the delivery country and the carrier. The available options are always shown at checkout before you complete your order.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery destination and the available shipping method.
You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. You can also view estimated delivery times and shipping costs on our Shipping Times/Costs page.
We offer free shipping on orders over €150, unless a discount code or promotion changes the available shipping conditions at checkout.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries:
Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France.
Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination country and the selected delivery option.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
You can use this link to follow your shipment. You can also track your order in your account if you have one or through the Track My Order page on our website.
6. Separate Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages if products are fulfilled from different locations or by different fulfillment partners.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking link.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, a failed delivery attempt or an uncollected parcel, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.
