Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, odour, stains, hair, damage, removed tags or use beyond normal inspection may be refused or refunded at a reduced value.

2. Return Shipping Costs
For regular returns, wrong size orders or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
We can help you create a return label if needed. The estimated return label costs can be viewed on our Shipping Times/Costs page.
You may also choose to arrange and send the return yourself through a carrier of your choice. In that case, the return cost may differ from the estimated prices listed on our website.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it has been delivered to us.

If there is an issue with the original order you received from us for example if the item arrives defective, damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, we will cover the cost of the solution.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If your item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at:

If the issue is approved, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair, refund or store credit, depending on the situation.
If the damage was caused after delivery by use, wear, washing, misuse or incorrect care, no refund or free replacement will be issued.
4. Wrong Item or Wrong Size Sent by Us
If we sent you the wrong item or the wrong size, please contact us immediately.
In this case, we will cover the cost of the solution.
The item must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with tags attached.
5. Wrong Size Ordered by the Customer
If you ordered the wrong size, you can request a return or size exchange within 14 days after receiving your order.
For size exchanges caused by the customer choosing the wrong size, the customer is responsible for:
- the return shipping cost;
- the shipping cost of the replacement item.
The returned item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in its original packaging where possible.
We do not reserve stock while waiting for a return. If the requested replacement size is no longer available, you can choose another eligible item, store credit or a refund where applicable.
6. Change of Mind / Customer Doesn’t Want the Item
If you no longer want the item, you can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund if the return is approved.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless you choose store credit.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item once your return is accepted.
For size exchanges caused by the customer choosing the wrong size, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement item.
If we sent the wrong item or wrong size, we will cover the cost of the solution.
8. Sale and Clearance Items
Sale and clearance items can be returned within the legal 14-day return period, as long as they meet the return conditions.
Clearance items cannot be exchanged for another size, colour or product.
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
9. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- gift cards;
- worn, used, washed or damaged items;
- items with removed tags;
- items with stains, odours, perfume, hair, make-up or signs of wear;
- items returned without first requesting a return;
- items that are not returned in acceptable condition.
For hygiene reasons, certain hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return if they have been opened, tried on or removed from their protective packaging.
10. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
If a customer enters an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the error. No refund or replacement will be issued if the order is not returned to us.
If the package is returned to us, the customer can request reshipment at their own cost.
11. Failed Delivery or Returned Package
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or uncollected parcel, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.
Additional shipping costs may apply.
If the customer does not respond or does not pay the additional shipping cost where required, the order may be cancelled or refunded minus any costs already incurred, where legally allowed.
12. Lost or Undelivered Items
If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery scan.
Please include your order number and check the delivery address, neighbours, safe places and the carrier’s tracking information before contacting us.
We will review the case with the carrier where possible.
If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we may not be able to issue a free replacement or refund. These cases are reviewed individually.
13. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason.
The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in its original packaging where possible.
You must request the return within 14 days after receiving your order. After your return request has been accepted, you must send the item back within 14 days.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect.
14. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, unless you choose store credit.
For eligible full returns under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, the original standard delivery cost paid at checkout will be refunded where legally required. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect.
If you received free shipping, no original shipping cost will be refunded because no shipping fee was paid at checkout.
If only part of an order is returned, the original shipping cost may not be refunded unless legally required.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank account or credit card statement after they have been processed. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

15. Store Credit
Store credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund.
Store credit is optional and can only be issued if you choose it.

If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You can request a return after receiving the order.
