Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item arrives damaged, please provide proof with a photo or video. A replacement item will be sent to you at no extra cost.
Lost or Undelivered Items
If you do not receive your order, you must report this within 14 days of the delivery date. The customer must provide proof that the correct address was entered and that the postal service has been contacted. If the postal service confirms delivery, a replacement package will not be sent. Otherwise a new order will be sent to the customer.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. For incorrect sizes, please see the conditions below.
Customer Errors with Address

Incorrect Address:
If a customer enters an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the error. No refund or replacement will be issued if the order is not returned to us.
However if we receive the returned package, the customer can request reshipment at their own cost.
Customer Doesn’t Want the Item / Wrong Size

If the customer does not email us within 14 days of receiving the item, there will be no return or refund.

Doesn't want the item:
The customer can return the item at their own cost. Once we receive the item in its original packaging, undamaged and unused, we will issue 75% store credit. -
Wrong size:
The customer can return the item at their own cost. If received in its original packaging, undamaged and unused, we will send the correct size at no extra cost to the customer. -
If the item is returned damaged:
Store credit will be issued based on the extent of the damage. - Restocking Fees: There could be charged 15´% restocking fees.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
